I’ve been bad…

I accidentally went fabric shopping yesterday:

 No…

…actually that is a shameless lie…

I went out at lunchtime yesterday specifically to check out Arthur Toye‘s 50% off everything (EVERYTHING!) fabric sale and spent a bit more than I intended to.

I would have spent even more if it weren’t for the fact that I only get 30 minutes for lunch.

But aren’t they so pretty?!

Still, when they halve the total at the checkout you can’t complain right?

  1. It’s so easy to accidentally shop for fabric, I do it almost every week!

  2. lol, accidental fabric shopping… I like the blue one, and daughter no 2 loves the red and blue one. Look forward to seeing what you make with them all. I have only avoided accidental fabric purchased by not going anywhere near Stratford in the post-Xmas sales. Liberty fabric at £10/m would just do me in right now! Of course, that doesn’t mean online window shopping is off the cards…

  3. Very nice!! Great patterns.

  4. I particularly like the one that’s mostly red and blue but with lots of other colours.

  5. Those are some sweet fabrics. That always happens to me, I have a mental budget but it almost always gets broken…!

  6. Oh yes, that sale is a killer as far as not-accumulating-fabric good intentions go! So brilliant. I’ve been trying my hardest to avoid it this season – ducked in to stock up on invisible zips the other day and found it very very hard to walk away without buying some of their vintage inspired floral rayon prints – so pretty! I love the fabrics you’ve picked up – looking forward to seeing what you do with them. :-)

I love comments so please feel free to say "hi" xx
