Description
Ok, so here is part two, my new Kasia skirt. I have wanted to make this skirt for a VERY long time and finally summer came back to visit and my good friend Shelley mentioned she wanted to make one too so we had a bit of a sew-along. I like this skirt as much as my new blouse and I really like how they go together. I haven’t owned a skirt of this style before and I really love the fit and how it looks on me. I’d like to make another one but without the center back seam because I think the front hidden zipper is a clever detail and if I saw someone wearing this skirt without a back seam I would wonder how you get into it so the back seam spoils it for me but apart from that its a great pattern 🙂
Material Notes
Herringbone suiting & printed cotton, buttons, invisible zipper
